Brand Standards Guide

You may use the TypTap names, brands, trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans or other TypTap identifiers (“TypTap Marks”) as provided herein solely to identify TypTap and its products and services, provided that your use is as described in this Policy.
Your use may not suggest that TypTap endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated or associated in any way with you or your products or services, without prior written authorization from TypTap.
You may not incorporate or combine TypTap Marks with your own corporate names, trademarks, identifiers or other marks.
You may not use names, trademarks, service marks, logos or other identifiers that are confusingly similar to TypTap Marks.
You may not use TypTap Marks in a manner that is likely to cause confusion about the origin of any product or service.
Your use of TypTap Marks does not grant you any ownership interest in the TypTap Marks and, should one arise, you agree that you will assign any ownership interest to TypTap.
This Policy does not grant you any right to use TypTap Marks that is distinct or separate from any rights that are granted to you pursuant to any explicit agreement you may have with TypTap. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the trademark provisions contained in the agreement you may have and, in the case of direct conflict, your separate agreement with TypTap shall control.
Please do not use TypTap logos on websites, products, packaging, manuals, or for other commercial or product use without prior written authorization. To display any TypTap logo Please contact us at (xxx) to request permission to use any TypTap logo(s).
Your use of TypTap Marks should adhere to the following principles:
- Always use the correct trademark symbols (“®”,”™”, and “℠”) in every copy of the communication, document, packaging or other material in which the TypTap Mark appears, regardless of the medium. The appropriate symbol should appear in all prominent uses of the trademark (e.g. title pages, headings, etc.) and at the first instance in running body text.
- When using TypTap Marks, please include the statement: “TypTap and the TypTap logo are trademarks of TypTap Insurance Company.”
- TypTap Marks must appear separately and distinctly from any other organization’s logos, trademarks or service marks, and may not be used as part of the name for any other organization or its products or services. Your company’s mark can be used in context with a TypTap Mark solely to indicate a relationship between TypTap products and services and those of the other company (e.g., [Third Party Company’s] software is Powered by TypTap®). You may not imply a relationship or association with TypTap that does not exist.
